SPK 'N' SPN Cleaning Services is a professional cleaning company based in Birmingham, West Midlands, providing domestic, commercial, and specialist cleaning services across the West Midlands region.

For the purposes of UK data protection law, we are the data controller responsible for your personal information.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share it in limited circumstances:

• Service providers — our website hosting provider (Hostinger) processes server logs as part of normal hosting operations; they are bound by their own privacy terms
• Analytics — if you accept analytics cookies, Google (Google Analytics) processes usage data about your visit on our behalf, under Google's own privacy terms
• Communication platforms — if you contact us via WhatsApp or social media, those platforms will process messages under their own privacy policies
• Legal requirements — if we are legally required to disclose information to law enforcement or a regulatory body, we will do so
• Business transfer — in the unlikely event that our business is sold or transferred, your data may pass to the new owner, who will be required to honour this policy

We do not ourselves transfer your personal data outside of the UK or European Economic Area (EEA). The one exception is analytics data: if you accept analytics cookies, Google may process it on servers outside the UK and EEA. Google explains the safeguards it uses in its privacy policy, and you can avoid this entirely by rejecting analytics cookies.

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies. Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and UK GDPR we only set non-essential cookies if you say yes. When you first visit, a banner asks you to Accept or Reject analytics cookies. Until you accept, Google Analytics is told it may not store cookies or identifiers on your device, and we do not use advertising or marketing cookies at all.

We use Google Analytics only to understand which pages are useful and how people find us. Our own click tracking (for example, when someone taps a phone number or sends a form) also only runs through Google Analytics, so it only records anything once you accept.

You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling all cookies will not stop the website working, but you may need to answer the cookie question again on your next visit.

We take the security of your personal data seriously and have put in place appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect it against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. These include:

• HTTPS encryption on all pages of our website
• Secure hosting through Hostinger with standard server-level protections
• Limiting access to personal data to only those who need it to perform their role
• Spam/bot filtering on our contact form (including a honeypot field)

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we do everything we reasonably can to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
