Additional Service Terms

Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of enquiry, including property size, condition, access, parking and the service requested. If the property condition is materially different on arrival, we may recommend additional time or adjust the quote before continuing. We will always explain this clearly so customers can decide how to proceed.

Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the property at the agreed time. This includes keys, entry codes, parking permits, alarm details and any instructions for pets or delicate surfaces. If access is not available, a cancellation or waiting charge may apply depending on the circumstances and notice given.

We take reasonable care with customers' homes and belongings, but fragile, unstable or high-value items should be moved or identified before cleaning begins. Specialist cleaning, stain removal, mould treatment, pest contamination, hazardous waste and external window cleaning may require separate assessment and may not be included in standard bookings.

Regular cleaning arrangements can be reviewed if the scope changes, the property size changes, or extra tasks are repeatedly requested. Our aim is to keep expectations fair, transparent and workable for both the customer and the cleaning team.
